Visualize: Interactive Analysis with GEO2R

We have integrated the RNA-seq count matrix with the GEO2R tool, enabling you to compare gene expression between two or more sample groups directly on the GEO web site. GEO2R presents results in a table of genes ordered by P-values, and offers interactive graphical plots (Figure 1) to help you identify differentially expressed genes and assess dataset quality.
